Junior Brand Manager (Tea) UA
Job Description
- Participate in development of a marketing strategy for Tea Brand Pickwick in Ukraine
- Taking part in Management of Pickwick Brand portfolio
- Implement brand marketing plan to achieve short-term and long-term sales goals, financial KPIs, as well as market share goals
- Develop a plan of the launch of new products & provide execution
- Prepare presentations for Sales team, Leadership team
- Prepare monthly reports and presentations on brand representation in the market, financial performance (P&L), regular analyses of business processes
- Work with advertising agencies to promote brand (adaptation of communication materials, development of packaging designs, BTL and ATL projects)
- Develop and approve packaging designs
- Track activity of competitors
- Work with documents (costs, accruals, etc)
Qualifications
- Higher education in Economics, Marketing
- Experience in marketing 1-2 year
- Proactivity, ability to work efficiently
- Focus on results
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- English (speaking and writing) and Native Ukrainian
- Good communication and presentation skills
